This policy explains the data used to operate SuppliersDB, process access payments, support accounts and understand how visitors find the service.
Last updated July 14, 2026We may process account email, name, subscription status, supplier submissions, support messages and payment references. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in the SuppliersDB database.
We may store campaign parameters, first referrer, landing page and a broad acquisition channel with an order. We do not intentionally store an IP address for marketing attribution unless a legal or security requirement makes it necessary.
Data is used to provide access, process payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests, improve the product and measure marketing performance.
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting info@suppliersdb.com. Some financial and security records may need to be retained for legal obligations.
